Assisi Rosso – Red Wine DOC


Ruby red with purple highlights,  there is cherry and red fruits  on the nose.  A consistent, full flavour;  balanced,  intense,  with a long finish.

    Vinification:   Separate on-skin fermentation for 8- 10 days at 25° C
    Ageing:   5 months in stainless steel

    With its balanced tannins, it’s  perfect with medium mature cheeses, porchetta, and roast meats.
